Working with Buyers has always been a passion of mine, especially first time Buyers. They typically approach the market with eyes wide open and a quench for learning. I enjoy the educational aspect of teaching a new buyer, as this process can be overwhelming if not explained property. With so many moving parts from the time frames on the purchase and orchestrating the due diligence to getting the buyer to the closing table.
