Kerry is such an asset to the resale state world and to Cates! She is a warm, down to earth, honest, caring human. She was patient and kind to me throughout the entire process, had excellent recommendations and suggestions when shopping for a loan, considering my options, and wasn't afraid to be a real-life "Nancy Drew" when it came to crawling into cobweb-filled basements with her flashlight. As a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I qas embarking upon, but Kerry was with me every step of the way and communicated quickly and effectively. She worked tirelessly to negotiate with the seller of the property I needed up closing on, and never gave up her enthusiasm. I recall one phone call when she sounded just like a proud mom would, when she had good news for me.
I cannot recommend Kerry enough. She also helped my sister and I out in the past when we needed to sell a relative's home in a quick timeframe--she went out of her way with this emotional process. 10/10 recommend!

Kerry was able to use her knowledge of local markets to steer me in better directions than I originally thought of. On a moments notice, she gave up an entire Sunday to meet with us and show us houses in 4 towns, and additional drive byes across multiple neighborhoods in Portland. When the right property listed, she jumped all over it and 30 days later we moved in (she even helped unload the trailer.)
I have never had a real estate purchase go this smoothly before. I am very glad we happened across Kerry and her team and definitely recommend to anyone.
