I still recall my first stop at LL Bean in Freeport back in 1994 and twenty years later I am still impressed with their exceptional customer service and singing their praises.
Today I was quickly reminded when I needed to phone LL Bean to change the mailing address for an item that was backordered. Since the item was ordered for Christmas and my son has since returned to school, I was looking to change the mailing address so that it could be delivered to his doorstep instead of ours. Without questioning or hesitation the chore was done.
A great reminder to start the morning, whether it be in business or life, treat others the way you would like to be treated, with compassion. Thank you LL Bean for your excellence in customer service. #LLBeanLoyal
